When you use the contact form, the following data is collected:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• subject and content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request (concert, recording, lesson, masterclass, etc.). The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box before sending. You may withdraw it at any time.

The website carries out no marketing, uses no analytics tool and sets no advertising cookies.

Protection against abuse

To limit automated submissions, the form includes a hidden field and a limit on the number of submissions per IP address. The IP address is used only temporarily for this limit and is not stored with your message.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted.

Recipients and processors

Messages are read only by Hélène Devilleneuve. They are stored in a database hosted by Wix.com Ltd., acting as a processor, which also hosts the website.

Transfers outside the European Union

Wix.com Ltd. is established in Israel, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. According to its privacy policy, Wix may store and process data in the United States, Europe, Israel or other countries, with its affiliates and service providers; transfers outside Europe rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.
